Confirm a Churchill Detention Center Release

The official detention page says the facility opened in December 2017 inside the Sheriff’s Office. It is rated for 120 beds, while classification needs cause operating capacity to fluctuate between 65 and 80. Those are capacity figures, not a current population count or an annual release statistic.
The county describes most detainees as awaiting bail or trial. That local mix makes the court record important, but it also makes precise language essential. The court order can show legal authority for release. The jail record should show when the facility processed it. A S.A.V.E. event may supply timely notice.
